Candy Cane Lane Toy Drive Sponsor Application

Thank you for being a sponsor for Candy Cane Lane, Candlelighters' holiday gift-sponsorship program.

Please review the following guidelines before submitting this form:

1. You and your business may sponsor as many families as you would like.

2. The exchange is anonymous. Please do not include your name, business name on any of the tags, or gifting any branded/promotional items.

3. Gifts are for children/teens/young adults 18 and under.

4. Gift value ranges between $100-$200 per child/teen/young adult.

5. Plan to wrap and tag each gift.

6. To be mindful that every family’s cancer journey and holiday traditions are different, please do not include any holiday cards or written messages.

7. Please do not give gift cards.

Deadlines for the 2026 Candy Cane Lane Toy Drive are:

11/2: Deadline to apply to be a sponsor

11/16: A member of the Candlelighters team will contact sponsors and send the wishlists of the family/families you have been matched with. Family names will remain anonymous.

12/7, 12/8 and 12/9: Gift dropoff period at the Candlelighters office

Drop off will be at our office in Beaverton, OR, 10700 SW Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy, Plaza #2, Suite 360, Beaverton, OR 97005.
